Install checkmyapp

One line in your agent, one sign-in in the browser. No key to copy.

1

Add checkmyapp to every project

Run it once. It is added for your user, so your agent finds it in every folder.

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http checkmyapp https://checkmyapp.dev/mcp
2

Sign in once

Your browser opens checkmyapp: sign in and allow it.

/mcp → checkmyapp → Authenticate
3

Ask your agent to set up the app

From the app’s folder. It hands over the journeys that matter from your code and the email of a test user — or asks checkmyapp to find journeys on the live site, and you choose which to keep.

4

Connect your deploys

Your agent gives you a link to our GitHub App — an admin of the team installs it. Then checks run after each connected deploy, and the result lands on the commit and in the pull request.

What your agent will ask you for

A test user’s passwordOnly if it is not in your project yet: usually your agent made the test user itself and has its password in .env or the seeds. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
One test user per roleAn admin and a regular user, a free and a paid plan: each gets its own test user. A journey that says “as admin” signs in as that one.
Which journeys are criticalCritical journeys are checked on every deploy, whatever changed. The others — every day and when their pages change.
If sign-in is Google onlyIf your app signs in only with Google, GitHub, Apple or a magic link, we check the public part of the app.
